Shipping Policy

  • We offer the fast shipping customers worldwide. All orders will be ship within 3 business days, and we do not ship on weekends.
  • Holidays Due to high volume of orders please allow up to 5 business days for shipping during holidays.

  • United States postal service "usps" is our preferred shipping, and we ship with priority mail or first class.
  • All orders require a processing time time up to 24 hours, which does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Priority shipping is available and takes 2 -3 business days to ship your order after your processing time.
  • Overnight shipping is also available for US customers only. Order has to be in by 1pm for overnight shipping.
  • Once the package has left our office and has been received by the post office a tracking number will be emailed or texted to you
  • If your package is return to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have package re-shipped
  • If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for we are not liable to send a replacement package you must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delay due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address or delays due to weather conditions.
